They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. All my questions were answered, and they did the same for my two small children!. Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home? Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne.
