Wait time was minimal. Dr. explained everything. Staff very efficient.
Dr Mileti has worked on both my shoulders and did a great job. He explains things well and considers all options.. surgical and therapy. Gives you enough info and insight to make an informed decision on process. I have recommended him to a friend. Has a great staff.
Dr. Mileti and his team are very responsive with questions and the care I received is top notch. Dr Mileti did my right shoulder surgery and my results were so good, he was my only choice when I had issues with my left shoulder.

Highest recommendation--Dr Mileti did a shoulder replacement on February 7, 2020. From the methodical preparation to the awesome aftercare, it was a total success. He done two shoulder surgeries on me in last 4 years. I think he one best surgeons in Columbus. He very caring willing to listen to your concerns, answers all your questions and will take all steps to avoid surgery if at all possible. His staff from PA to nurses are all excellent in your care.
I am a 81 year old man. Dr. Mileti did a reverse shoulder replacement for me. I am totally pleased. I can once again use my arm and the recovery was short. I have confidence and trust in Dr. Meleti.
Dr Mileti performed a total shoulder replacement on me May of 2017. He did an excellent job I was out of the hospital the next day at 70 yrs of age. I just saw him for my 1yr check up and I am doing great,I have not had to take any pain meds since a month after the operation. I highly recommend Dr Mileti !!!!
