Dr Mileti and his team are the best! From initial consult, a difficult surgery, and full recovery, everything was wonderful. Highly recommend for any shoulder related problems.
Dr. Mileti was kind, thorough and always ended visits with a reminder to contact him if anything came up. He even called me at home the night before my surgery to see if I had any questions or concerns about it. My shoulder replacement went smoothly and has been by far the easiest joint replacement for me to recover from.
I received great care before, during, and after my shoulder replacement from Dr. Mileti and all of the staff at Orthopedic One. I highly recommend them and their services.
Dr. Mileti and the entire staff at Orthopedic One took very good care of me pre surgery, during, and post surgery. The after surgery PT staff also provided excellent care after a small communication problem at the beginning. I had a reverse total shoulder replacement and am back to doing what I enjoy including kayaking and fishing. I would recommend Dr Mileti
He did a replaced shoulder revision on me. My shoulder has more movement and very little pain. It has much better range of motion that the first replacement. He is never in a rush and answers all your questions. I highly recommend him!
My shoulder surgery with Dr. Mileti was the most outstanding of any surgery I've ever had! He is THE superstar of orthopedic surgeons! He directed me through PT and other treatments before having surgery as he said he doesn't recommend rushing into major surgery. I'm so happy! My husband cannot get over how well I have recovered.
The surgery went as expected as did the recovery period. The rehab visits with hand therapists at OrthoOne every two weeks were interspersed with 2 weeks of home exercise. That regimen made for steady progress.

Dr Mileti has reverse shoulder replaced both of my shoulders. I had been told he was the best in central Ohio and my experience with him supports that opinion. He and his entire staff are competent, responsive, and even nice. He is more personable than the average surgeon, for which I have appreciation. He is also quite knowledgeable about other orthopedic concerns.
