A well prepared update and lots of time for questions.
After our initial introductions Dr. Schultz asked me why I had come in to see him. I told him I was interested in a Rezum procedure. I have a rather extensive prostate history and Dr Schultz had me give him a few details. He then did a brief exam and then he laid out a plan for him to get himself caught up on where my body actually is and to get me and him both on the same page so we could make informed decisions together. I liked that approach.
Dr. Shoultz was so thorough and friendly! Easy to talk to!
Appointment personal not so good. And telling you what you should do before your procedure not so good, making sure doctor is there the day of your appointment. If the doctor had to leave for some reason, don't let someone sign in and sit for a hour before you let them know. The staff is really nice and polite this is a plus
He really takes the time to explain…don’t feel rushed at all…he’s very thorough and personable.
