Coming to the Dr. Can be very difficult for me at times, I have been with Melida and the Methodist group for a very long time, they are kind and patient and this eases my anxiety with regards to Dr visits.
Interested in my personal health and provided informative about alternatives. Scheduling next annual visit impossible. Not confident in recall assurance in 6 months.
Things are always explained in very much detail. Very willing to help and answer all my questions.

My visit with Dr. Pfefferli was my first. He was very kind and understanding, but most importantly he showed empathy. He made me feel that what I was feeling g really mattered but also he gave me a choice to do what I needed to get better. He didn't force it the situation but he gave me a choice he made me feel that in the room I was his only concern and no one else mattered. He didn't rush. He listened. That character he has is truly appreciated and I hope you share this with him.
