Dr Pakan is a caring professional. He takes the time to thoroughly explain the nature of the patient’s injury, the treatment options, and to answer any questions. I did not feel rushed along. I felt he was engaging and interested in me as a person. Some physicians, particularly specialists, are a little withdrawn personally from the patient, but Dr. Pakan seemed truly interested in me.
