Both the primary doctor and tech who performed my test were outstanding!!
I had seen this doctor a number of years ago and don't remember his "bedside" manner from before, but I felt rushed and not included in decision making. I felt as if he was in a hurry and had someplace else he had to be. I did not feel valued as a patient.
Dr. Thomson took the time to listen and answer all of my questions and throughly explained everything. He had previously reviewed my tests results and allowed me to express my viewpoint, and all of my thoughts and concerns. He is down to earth and very easy to talk to. I would highly recommend him. I'm sure his other patients feel the same otherwise it would not have taken me 3 months to see him from the time I scheduled the appt.
Told I was doing extremely well just 1 day before 3 week period of having knee replacement surgery. Answered all questions and concerns. Would highly recommend Dr. Kase and his staff at Crystal Clinic.
Friendly and always asks me about myself.
Dr Kathleen Watson is very nice, she listens and cares for patients, very knowledgeable in her field
