I have gotten the run around for 2 weeks regarding filling a prescription. Have called the office 4 times and still no rx. Each & every time it's a different excuse as to why it hasn't been called in and the pharmacy is right down from the office. Let's add that they terminated an employee & everyone in the office is discussing how bad the employee was at doing the job in front of the clients. Very very unprofessional.
Get cost info up front from these folks ! I went in for Plantar fasciitis diagnosis with a bad bone spur , I was there for about 30 minutes and they hit my checking account for $604 ! I got a shot in the heel , a $30 splint that they charged me $250 , a $5 adhesive wrap they charged $45 ,$10 shoe inserts they charged $45. When I disputed the charges they wouldn't budge . RecommendedYes, I recommend him and his wonderful staff! I have a bunion, hammertoe, and fungus (ewwww!), but they made me feel not so gross. Also, they know their stuff. I'm looking forward to my foot surgery in May. Can't wait!!!
My doctor sent me to him, said he understood he was the best and that I needed his help. They were right, I am home and all is well, I hope to walk without pain. He is considerate as is his staff. He knew what my problem was. I will certainly follow up with them. Great new doctor experience which is what one hopes for.
Finding a Dr on line can be scarry, this was my 1st visit to a foot dr ever and I was presently surprised as to how friendly the staff was and how on time my appt. was. Dr Lavaca was very nice, asked me questions that I would never have thought of, after finishing will my problem he DIDNT JUST LEAVE but sat and talked with me. I would recommended him to any of my friends. He has a lovely staff.
From the first He was not only friendly and informative but took such care and even referred me to a good dermatologist.
I took my mother in law for treatment . They were going to pull one toe nail out due to major fungus and ingrown nail. We had a major storm the day it was programmed and I had to canceled but these people still charged the insurance for it and billed at home for a treatment that NEVER TOOK PLACE. I called them and they reassured me that they would reverse the charges but today I get another bill , the 3rd one for the procedure that NEVER TOOK PLACE. I will have to report them . I would NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THEM EVER.
People were friendly , but didn't get bill till over 13 months after visit then they said insurance wouldn't cover bill. Bill was 565$ and got charged 200$ for a plastic boot that made my feet hurt worse...so will never go back nor would I recommend them bc there billing department is awful!
