I highly recommend Joseph Joostens, FNP. He is very thorough and outstanding with follow up for ongoing concerns. He takes time to listen to patient's questions and communicates in an easy to understand manner.
Joseph was great. Having my appointment bumped back by over 2 hours and not getting a text with the details left me wasting 2 extra hours yesterday. Any schedule change should include a text message with full details so we can correctly update our device. As an Autist without a handy writing utensil (can you juggle a smartphone and pen and paper? I can't) I would appreciate a follow up text for any schedule change.
Was genuinely pleased to have one of the best experiences at my office visit today. Friendly and engaging greetings with eye contact, unrushed listening, and genuine attention to my concerns. The exam was very thorough as well which was encouraging.
