I bought a engagement ring from Kim at the Palisades Mall in West Nyack NY for close to $4k and Kim did not have the IGI certificate but promised to call me when it arrived. 1 week later I went to the store and low and behold they had the certificate however my wife wasn’t with me so I asked if I can come with my wife to size the ring since she wasn’t present when I bought the ring and Kim said yes.
