The store looks professional and well set up, and at first I thought it would be a good experience. But as I interacted more, I started feeling a lack of clarity in the information being shared. I asked about certifications and pricing breakdowns, but the answers were vague. I walked out feeling uncertain and honestly a bit disappointed because I expected more transparency.

I walked into this store at 8:00pm on a Friday night looking for urgent help with an engagement ring. The ring my son was getting from a jeweler down south had just fallen through and he was looking to find the exact same ring. They told me they did not carry that exact ring and that it would be very difficult to find BUT they could make the ring for me. Nada was excellent. She was very professional and didn’t make us feel pressured or like we were being upsold. I would definitely return in the future.
