I have been trying to refill a prescription for 5 months. The office has failed repeatedly to submit the proper paperwork to CVS Caremark. I have visited the office 5 times in four months. Calling is a joke, as a return call is seldom. Absolute incompetence with paperwork !
0- is the rating I give to Dr. Banno. His office staff is extremely unprofessional. There is no follow up care after a procedure. My husband ended up in the ER with an infection.
Dr. Banno was professional and able to answer all my questions. Very nice man and courteous staff. I’d go back.

Didn't help my problem he said he could help needed a sonogram. Gave me injection that was supposed to make me erect so they could do test. Didn't work they proceeded and I went back for consultation and he said he could not help & that me & wife should join a gym and eat healthy. Wanted to spin up some of my blood and do injections into my private area. $5000 not sure it would help my problem. Wanted $550 payment. .. stay away
Dr. Banno has been my physician for 15 years. He participated in my brachytherapy for prostate cancer. I find him to be very personable and attentive to me during an office visit. Don't expect him to be your mommy. He has other patients to see and has other staff to help him serve you.
Appointment problems, 2 hours in waiting room, rude staff, scare tactics, and unnecessary tests ordered. There’s not room here to detail everything. We were then charged for 4 tests not administered. Our second opinion doctor confirmed that we were correct in firing Dr. Banno. I would NOT recommend this doctor to anyone.
Banno is a hack. Avoid at all cost!
Dr. Banno only wants to sell testosterone to anyone who walks in the door, Stay away!!! He does not listen to family members who complain that the testosterone turns these guys into total perverts. Dr. Banno does not listen or care about his patients. It's ONLY ABOUT THE REVENUE HE BRINGS IN. Testosterone causes health problems in many cases. Stay AWAY!!! Do your own research on this, please.
