These guys strung me along for 3 days promising to fix a stopped up toilet. I live in a high rise building near Center City in a rental condo. My landlord said to call these guys to fix the problem, so I did. I was strung along for a few days with excuses why they couldn't send a plumber out right away. Do NOT use this company. They do not show up at all sometimes. Send a different repair person every time. Worst customer service I have ever had!
Great, Honest, & Professional – I hired Joe & Joe Jr. to replace 30 feet of my waste pipe, and to install a new high efficient boiler & hot water heater. The work was amazing and our energy bills are notably lower than any of my neighbors. Plus, their knowledge of available tax credits allowed me to install high efficiency units for the same price as conventional equipment. If you have plumbing needs, don't mess around, call these people.
Competent, knowledgeable, professional HVAC work – Had a completely new high efficiency furnace & AC unit installed by Joseph Giannone, including wiring, piping, controls & flue. Got a few quotes & they were very competitive. I was completely satisfied, particularly with Joe's knowledge of the equipment and the energy rebates available. They cleaned up thoroughly and removed the old units. Installation was done professionally, on time and for the quoted price. I would gladly use them again & I recommend them to anyone.
Joe = Great HVAC work – Just in time for the big freeze, my heater decided to stop working. Joe was able to come over that afternoon, the same day I called. He showed within the appt window and diagnosed the problem to be a bad transformer or gas valve. (and you should have seen the hacked up wiring that the previous owner rigged up) He didnt have a transformer in stock, so had to come back the next day. disappointed – So, after discovering a leak in my bathroom, I hired this company to investigate the leak. They travelled the one half mile to my house, told me the leak was due to a problem related to the caulk in my shower, and that the charge would be $75. Even though he could explain in detail how to fix such a problem and that the materials weren't expensive, he wouldn't actually do it himself. Seriously? excellance – I would wait all month to have someone like Joe and his crew to do any work in my house they are truly professional. Each one of them show a great deal of care in the simplest of jobs from a dripping faucet to the most important like the main sewer line they just replaced in my house I'll wait for them no other plumber has a chance of me hiring them ever again. oh yeh the price is right too

Disappointing – <This plumber is also listed under "Giannone Joseph - Plumbers, 1323 S Juniper St Philadelphia PA"> So, this guy (these guys?) did the last piece of work on our remodel job when the original plumber that was contracted started having health issues. He's done work on many houses on my block, so I figured I'd continue to give him business. I'm sitting here after having to make an appointment a week in advance.
