Joe is the kind of realtor you could only dream of. I told him what I wanted and within two days I found a place (my first home). He took personal interest in every aspect of home inspection and was an incredibly patient ally in a very confusing process for uninformed people like myself. What kind of realtor cares so much about you that he sends you a Christmas card out of the kindness of his heart? Joe is that kind of person. I would recommend him to anyone.
