Really good spine surgeon. Him and his staff spend time with patients to educate on back issues and provide options to help relieve pain.
Dr. Marsicano performed spinal surgery on a sequestered fragmented disk. Location S1-L5. A piece lodged sitting on my siatic nerve. In pain for a long time. It’s been 3 weeks and the pain up and down my leg was gone immediately. Recoup is moving right along without much discomfort. He is caring, compassionate and extremely professional. Thanks to him I am on my way to leaving all this behind me. I highly recommend him for any type of spinal surgery you may need.
Did not rush and spent all time needed to explain and make me feel comfortable with plan going forward

Dr. Marsicano is the most kind, caring and experienced orthopedic surgeon i have ever had the pleasure of treating with. He cares about his patients, listens, creates care plans and overall is easy to talk to and he spends quality time with you. You never feel as if you are just a number. I can't say enough great things about him. He has overseen my overall orthopedic health since 2014 and I am so thankful for and to him.
Dr. Marsicano is caring, thorough and has no problem listening to the patient. I have had back problems most of my life and he is the best - intelligent & effective treatment.
Cut and dry personality, which is not necessarily bad. What upset me was his refusal to answer questions. All I got was don't worry about it...it's nothing. Bother me leaving without answers, so I called asking either for him to call me or office staff to call. I called twice without getting a return call. Went to another doctor and explained why I had switched. New doctor knew without my saying.
He shows that he really cares about his patients and works hard at getting his patients to feel better
