Dr. Ferguson met me in his office as a new patient and huge was fully informed about my condition; he brought a new approach to my treatment plan, and outlined options other spinal surgeons did not. Dr. Ferguson conveys calm, knowledge, and professionalism, and he makes every effort to find time to see me.
From the time you arrive here you are welcome by the amazing team. Everyone here is fantastic.
Dr Ferguson, was warm. He was caring. He listened to me. He laughed with me. He heard me when I told him i was in excruciating pain. He gave me 3 options and worked with me to choose the best one. He is the first doctor I have ever met who actually listened to my concerns, validated my pain and acted on his recommendations immediately. Dr. Ferguson was attentive, caring, patient, and responsive to my every question, which I appreciate. The staff were a bit discombobulated because they seemed to be herding sheep rather than relating to people and asking basic questions. Still, it’s worth seeking care, for the doctors are competent.
