Dr. Ferguson was attentive, caring, patient, and responsive to my every question, which I appreciate. The staff were a bit discombobulated because they seemed to be herding sheep rather than relating to people and asking basic questions. Still, it’s worth seeking care, for the doctors are competent.
Dr Ferguson was cordial and showed concern for my problem. He viewed x-rays where I could look on and see what he was talking about regarding my spine. He described options for treatment that gave me realistic choices for symptom management.
Receptionists were professional ,the medical assistants were caring and skilled ,wait time was great . The creme on the.pie was Dr. Ferguson. On both occasions he showed me that he cared about my concerns. He patiently addressed all my concerns . His mannerisms allowed me to feel very comfortable to communicate with him. He is just superb. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
