I was in a horrible situation, I had no PCP and had a serious medical condition. He took me in so fast, and just tonight, I had to call him after hours because my condition worked and not only did he help me, he sai he’s treating me first thing Monday morning. His only goal is to help patients and make them feel better, and I am more than grateful for what he did tonight and helping my pain and letting me live a functional, happy life. One of the few people deserving of being called “doctor”.
Absolutely love Dr. Fasanello’s new office. Staff is so professional and kind, and he is simply the best doc around. Always there for me when I need him!

Dr Fasanello was at first someone I did not want to see. I had been with Dr Thomas Bogner for many many years. Dr. Bogner retired and Dr. Fasanello took over. I was reluctant. After 2 visits I quickly learned that things would be ok lol. His demeanor is non threatning and he is smart, gentle, kind and GENUINE. I built a nice rapport with him as did my husband. So sad to find out from someone that he has left HIghgate Medical and I feel as I did when Dr. Bogner left. Ugh.. :,(
I have been a patient of the Dr for over 6 yrs. He is awesome. He takes him time with me &explains everything. He likes to get to know his patients so he can treat them better. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a great Dr. PC

I have recommended this Doctor to my family, and they are really happy with him too. He is very friendly, spends time discussing any concerns that you may have, plus checks on details of your health to the fullest.
