Absolutely would not recommend this practice. I lost my only job because the PA at this practice refused to provide a work note after seeing me and knowing I had a problem with my wrists. I don't believe she would have asked to give me injections without there being a problem with the wrists? Or maybe she would? The PA refered me to a specialist. Knew I was seeing one in 2 weeks but left me high and dry with my employer. Said she was uncomfortable giving me the medical. How is anyone supposed to get by with that type of expl... read more
Dr. Fasanello is the first PCP I've seen that actually took the time to listen to my laundry list of problems and went through each of them with me and came up with a plan for all of them, and then scheduled a followup that gave me sufficient time to actually follow through on the plan.
Dr. Fasanello, when we can actually see him, has very good way with patients and seems knowledgeable but his office seems to have a high turnover in PAs and nurses. Yesterday when we went for my wife's 6 month visit. A nurse we'd never seen before showed us to the room and did the preliminary stuff. She was okay but new to us. Then a PA we'd never seen before saw us and seemed to be in too big a hurry. Wife didn't like her for that reason. We like Dr. Fasanello and want to see him when we come. I rarely feel compelled to write reviews about physicians but I feel compelled to write one about Dr. Fasanello. He is kind, compassionate, and caring and really takes his time with each patient. Can’t recommend this office enough.
Couldn’t see my primary doctor(fasanello) anytime I call for appointment, only see him once a year. I followed this doctor but now it is so worst. the staff is not friendly, I trying to find a different doctor. It’s funny your appointment get cancel if your late but like today 6-30-23 my appointment was for 3:45pm told me to be here 3:30pm. It is now 4:30pm still waiting to see the other doctor(or PA)

Dr Fasanello uses a from-your-head-to-you-toes approach which is the best way. He is a very smart, intelligent, and thorough doctor. A doctor who is always willing to explain various things to you that you don't understand.
I went for a new patient, initial visit to Dr. Fasanello. During the visit questions were asked of me, presumably, to be in the doctor's file as part of my medical history. When I received the explanation of benefits from my insurance, I realized he had submitted the claim as an annual preventive visit. I had already had the annual with an other doctor and informed Dr. Fasanello of that fact with a copy of the lab report. Love Dr Fadanello, was very thorough explained everything very well, in ways that a person with no medical knowledge would understand, office environment is very friendly!
