After 10 years with another prominent WNY primary care office, my family and I were literally desperate for any functional and decent primary care situation. I needed to find a new primary care doctor as my doctor of over 40 years retired. My initial appointment with him was in February 2021 and I couldn’t have been more pleased. He reminded me of my previous doctor in that he seemed very caring, took time talking to me and I did not feel rushed at all. He explained about his desire to keep me healthy and told me not to hesitate to call if I needed anything. He also is listed in the Buffalo Spree as one of the top doctors of 2021 for family medicine.
He is absolutely the very best of the best ! I highly recommend him ! Definitely deserves more than a 5 star rating !
Dr. Fasanello is extremely compassionate and thorough. If you stress about your health and going to the Dr. I guarantee you he will make you feel so comfortable. I am extremely pleased!

I just saw Dr. Fasanello for the first time after my primary care doctor of more than 40 years recently retired. I was very nervous, but Dr. Fasanello's wonderful demeanor and bedside manner put me at ease. He is very caring, and is obviously passionate about taking care of people. I am very reassured and happy with him. His staff is also very professional and welcoming, and seem to be very responsive. Very satisfied - would highly recommend him.

In the last 30 years i have had to deal with more than my fair share of doctors, most of them are ok, and i have my list of about 8 that are my life savers but this man is truly exceptional. His office staff is professional and helpful, his office is neat and clean, he is kind, compassionate and really listens to your issues, he takes the time needed to go over your list so you feel your issues are resolved and it puts your mind to rest. Although Dr. Conti has been helpful in the past, today he interrupted both my questions and my answers, had no meaningful feedback for serious concerns, and ordered no follow up. He rushed me right out like my hair was on fire. Needless to say, I won't be going back. I will find a cardiologist who is interested in lowering the risk of an emergency on a proactive basis.
