Doctor hermann and his staff are awesome. When you need to see a doctor they make it happen and I actually feel like my concerns are heard.

I gave them 2 stars because I actually like Dr. Hermann. But as we all know, we are guilty by association and I've called his office twice and it's been over a week and I haven't heard from anyone. My pharmacy has faxed my prescriptions to him twice for a refill and they also haven't received a response. The second time I called, the receptionist said maybe they want blood work or a visit, and I said "how do I know what they want if they don't tell me?" She replied that it was their policy that they had 72 hours to respond. ... read more
