Dr Bellflower is great at what he does. His staff is friendly.
My son suffered a traumatic lawn mower injury in 2010, and had to have a low tibial osteotomy performed in 2017. The surgery was extremely risky due to the fact that the surgery needed to be done underneath muscle flaps that had been grafted to his leg after his initial injury in 2010. Dr Bellflower was recommended for my daughter by a friend at the beginning of our Scoliosis journey, but we had already scheduled somewhere else. We just had our first visit with Dr Bellflower and are scheduled for surgery. He heard her, did Xrays, and gave an exam. This is the first time in 2.5yrs that she's left a Dr office smiling. She said she feels at peace and it feels great knowing he listened. He was not only informative, but also expressed concern for her future health as well as quality of life.
Just had an appointment and they didn’t take an xray in the brace. And it takes forever to get X-rays to the brace provider. Spending a lot of money and yet I have to spend my time running the X-rays back and forth. Can’t get the X-rays the brace people require. And the only communication is the annoying. Confirm your appointment 17 times.
After having a horrible experience with another doctor, Dr. Bellflower went above and beyond for my daughter when she broke her tibia. They got us in quickly and every staff member was wonderful! I would not trust anyone else with her!
Dr. Bellflower has cared for my grandson, with Spina bifida, his entire life (11 years as of 2022). He's compassionate, genuinely cares, is consistent in his treatment plans but is also able to be aggressive in those plans if the patient's injury/ disability requires that type of intervention. His staff is among the best, from the front office to the nursing staff to the xray dept. I have no reservations in recommending Dr. Bellflower to any family in need of ortho services.

I first started seeing Dr. Bellflower about 7 years ago when I was initially injured. He was amazing then and still is now. I would 100% recommend him.
Outstanding doc. takes his time to really examine my child listened answered questions. does outstanding with my daughter. very knowledgeable. He will give you all the options and leyyoupick which you feel most comfortable with. Is he picky about his patients? Yes and I am glad he wants things to be the best they can be. He doesn't settle for just ok.
