Just received an aggressive email from my “agent” Angela. She informed me that she has tried to call and text me several times about my policy with Bear River but has not been able to get a hold of me. I did change my cell number at the end of May, and have not notified all necessary parties yet as to that change. I do know however, that I have not received essential pertinent text or calls about my policy since starting it in 2006.
