Just received an aggressive email from my “agent” Angela. She informed me that she has tried to call and text me several times about my policy with Bear River but has not been able to get a hold of me. I did change my cell number at the end of May, and have not notified all necessary parties yet as to that change. I do know however, that I have not received essential pertinent text or calls about my policy since starting it in 2006. Called and spoke with a representative inquiring about a quote for Bear River Insurance. It's been over a week and no quote or response provided. Staff was nice on the phone. Never heard back from them.
