Repaired within two days of contact.
Would have liked a heads up on the amount of dust created. Would have moved items out of the kitchen. Big cleanup. Took his suggestion to undermount sink and the result is beautiful. The only problem is that you can see where the old sink sat on top. Joe was thorough and conscientious.
Texted Joseph for help with granite stains. Pleasantly surprised that he called himself the next day. Offered some advise over the phone and wrote me a quick estimate for insurance per my request. Had that night. He was amazing. Unfortunately the granite counter top was beyond repair, but he then offered to come by to try using a product that may help at no cost. He came by within 1 day and tried a product that was able to at least dull the stains. Also left me some to continue to use at no charge. Would highly recommend him... read more
Nasty attitude
Business response:
This customer is correct. I get a nasty attitude when customers complain about paying the price we've agreed upon in writing. The customer has no complaints about the quality of the work which was spectacular and a great value for the money. Of course I have pictures to prove it. I was the second contractor on the job; the first they hired did not successfully repair the rusting rod in the hotel vanity.
Joe was very helpful with informing me of my options to improve my countertops. Friendly and honest, he was concerned that my overall expectations were met. Extremely fair with great customer service. I plan to hire him again for future work.
Not the best with keeping an appt. or letting customer know when he's going to be really late (which required another reschedule), but work was very good and he did exactly what I needed done.
They did a great job on our repairs. Would recommend.
