This customer was at the very edge of my working range and I explained that and my charges for driving time to her before I ever left my office. Had I known she did not comprehend that and didn't realize the value of the written consulting report I provided so she could seek redress from her granite contractor, I would never have taken her as a customer.
Joe is very dependable. I had to wait for some parts to come in and I never once had to follow up with Joe. What a refreshing change from most trades.
He arrived on-time. He completed the work within the time frame he quoted. He cleaned up after he finished his work. He was very professional. I wish I had known him when I was initially installing the granite countertops then I would not be repairing them now.
