Joe responded quickly, arrived on time for the appointment, did a great job with almost no mess. We are pleased to recommend this contractor.
He was able to come to us in a very reasonable time. His work was professional and his price was fair.
Returned our call immediately. Set a date that fit our schedule. Arrived as scheduled and on time. Did professional work without the mess and dirt we had been led by others to anticipate . In addition to enlarging the cut-out, he even completed the installation of the cook-top. Price was reasonable and well under original estimate. We are completely satisfied.
Joe Corlett was very professional and did an excellent job repairing our granite countertops. He even noticed and fixed a few nicks around the sink area and fixed them which was not part of the contracted job. I would highly recommend him.
Joe did a very good job -- arrived on time, and was a quality craftsman who knew what he was doing. My only 'complaint', and I knew this going in so I am not upset by it, is that his $90 hourly rate includes travel time. Seems to me that the travel time should be billed at a lower rate. He was at my job for 1hr. 45 min, but billed me for 4.5 hr. which means that there was 2 hr. 45 min of travel time. However I would use him again, but maybe negotiate that up front. Extremely professional. Great communication. Arrived on time and performed the task as quoted. Replaced worn out undermounted kitchen sink with a beautiful stainless one. Saving me from having to replace all my existing granite countertops. Highly recommend for this task. Most contractors I spoke wouldn't even attempt to replace the sink..said I needed to install all new granite.
I was connected with Joe immediately via Home Advisor and he came out to the house first thing the next morning to repair our under mount kitchen sink. He actually arrived earlier than expected, was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him.
Excellent work
Had a horrible chip in the quartz around the kitchen sink and multiple scratches in a bathroom corian. Can't even tell there was any damage Joseph is a wizard with repairs.
