Joe answered my request promptly, came out to the house quickly, and did a very nice job on our granite repair. He was upfront about his costs.
Joe was easy to work with. He was on time and the job was done very well. I had 25 year old seams on corian countertops that were dirty and showed a lot and now they look nice and they won't ever get all dirty again. He also fixed the door on a replacement cabinet so that it fits the way it should. He was able to fabricate a new section of countertop from the left over scraps of my original job so it matches. Joe did a great job on my candle burn on my corian countertop. I was nervous when he said this was the 'worst burn' he has seen on a corian countertop and even took pictures. After he was done, the countertop looked as good as new. He is professional and trustworthy. I would definitely use him again in the future (but hopefully I won't need him).
Joe was quick to call, and scheduled his visit within a day. He was meticulous, paid attention to detail and I could not even tell where the granite chip repair had been done (and I am the one that created the chip!), Though his fee was quite a bit higher than other estimates, I believe you get what you pay for and he was worth every bit and more of the fee he charged. He was efficient, and thorough and I would highly recommend him for any of your granite counter repair needs!
this is my first time using Service magic. Joe is a professional beyond compare. He repaired my counter and refinished them, so after 16 years they look like new! He is an expert, who can communicate and explain what needs to be done, and then do it effectively and beautifully. Joe did a great job on trimming the granite countertop which we hired him to do and he fixed a few other problems as well. He was very interested in providing a high quality of work and we highly recommend him.
Not really sure what your suppose to get for the price quoted. Will not come to give a quote. It's $250.00 to come and do the job, then more if the job is bigger. Not really sure of the price???? As it turn out it cost me $250.00. He work on the counter top for two hours. thats $125.00 an hour. I don't pay my doctor that much. The counter tops turn out better then they were, however, not a consistent finish.
Business response:
The doctor analogy is a good one, if one could find a doctor who makes house calls. Unfortunately, it is usually not cost-effective for customers to bring me their tops, although some have. I charge those that do not accordingly. Unlike your physician, customers do not pay me until the "patient" is well. No mention was made of an inconsistent finish at completion. Customer satisfaction is always gauranteed.
