Knowledgeable. Good work, quickly done.
He could of done a better job cleaning up especially the floor, but he did work really hard all day. He did a very nice job on the countertops, reinstalled the new faucet and polished up the countertops, reset the sink it all came out nicely. This was a surell countertop and Joe is really the only one that came up that worked on this type of countertop.

Joe knew a lot about granite counter tops. He was efficient and cleaned-up after he was done.
Joe was professional, did an excellent job. Gave great advice. Area was neat when he finished the job.
Joe returned my call, scheduled an appt and arrived promptly. The opening in a granite countertop had to be widened for a new stove and I wasn't sure if it would fit. The stove was delivered yesterday and it did. Joe did an excellent job regrouting the seams. In fact he did a better job than the original installers. He also repaired a chip, removed hard water stains and resealed the entire surface. His fee was a little higher than I expected but the job was well done and I am pleased.
Work was excellent but it ended up costing 200 more than his estimate od 250. I wasn't so sure that the extra work he did was worth that much.
Business response:
I explained the $250.00 minimum charge for properly reattaching a failed stainless steel sink to the woman of the house in our initial telephone conversation. Upon approved completion, her husband authorized the repair of a countertop crack and two countertop gouges, as well as refinishing the stainless steel sink.
Joe was one of the most prompt, fair and effiecient contractors I have ever used. He arrived on time, did what we had bid and more. He not only reformatted our Corian counters he disassembled and moved the caninets out into the garage. The kitchen looks brand new.
