I wrote a receipt by hand at completion and an electronic follow-up was sent the next day or nearly so. I was the third or fourth contractor this customer had contacted and I did a perfect sink reinstallation job for exactly the amount I quoted. I cannot do any more or any better than I have.

Joe responded very quickly. He was professional, very pleasant and did an amazing job. It is important that contractors cover all furniture, appliances and lift rugs in the area when sanding hard surfaces...this was not done. It took my cleaning team 3.5 hours to clean up sanding dust from every part of the downstairs which was another expense. A all in all, the work was great...preparation and clean up was not good.

As I explained to this travertine countertop refinish customer, unless we remove the tops from the premises which isn't cost-effective, your kitchen becomes a fabrication shop for a day. It took some experimentation to find the right combination of machines and abrasives to minimize the dust and slurry. I've learned that stone does not refinish as neatly as solid surface (Corian) and it was up to me to set customer expectations. He came the same day I called him which was great. He was very nice and explained everything he did. I just thought his rate was very high but I have nothing to compare it to
Joseph was professional and showed real problem solving skills to make my repairs. The workmanship was excellent. Overall, I could not be more satisfied with the finished product.
He responded immeadiately did a good job but pricey.

These customers needed scaffolding built over their hot tub, the stone had to be custom fitted, and the repair required two tubes of epoxy at $25.00 each. This was essential for a "good job" and the only way I would do the work. They were charged exactly for the material and hours at the previously agreed-upon rate; not a penny more.
He responded immediately to my request. He was very professional, knowledgeable and arrived on time. I would hire Mr. Corlett again for other jobs.
