I can't say enough good things about Joseph. He responded so quickly to my request for service and completed the work the very same day. Not only is his work excellent, but he was a joy to talk to. I will definitely use his services in the future.
Was not very neat
Business response:
Before I would begin this job, I informed the customer that I had no way of preventing removed pool grout from falling into the pool. Since he did not want the expense to drain and refill his pool, he assured me repeatedly that he had state-of-the-art pool filtration and that the sunken grout would be no problem whatsoever. I hosed off his pool deck at completion; he made no complaints, was very pleased, and paid in full.
Glad he called immediately. Was on time to do the job. Was very knowledgeable about how to refinish the floor for the most reasonable price. Very nice to work with. Would hire him again.
Joe was very quick to respond to my request. He offered valuable input as to how best to repair my lanai deck. His work was professional grade. I will use him again.
We feel that we were overcharged because he did not come prepared then charged us for his travel time to go back and get the item that he needed.

I explained my rates on the telephone and these customers agreed to them before the job began. During the job I explained that I needed to get material because it is nearly impossible to stock every sliding door part on a truck. They could have told me to stop and had no charges, but for the second time, they agreed to the drive time and parts charges which were not marked up a penny. Joe showed up as promised and fixed my countertop to the point where you cannot see the damage.
he was very patient ,polite and never complained even when he had to do the work out in the heat for most of the time I will recommend him to anyone who needs a job done. He was a god sent. His work was fantastic. My sliding door is just like new. Definitely recommend him.
