Joseph was here early which was great, very nice to work with, just felt I payed the max for the job but didn't get all my surfaces polished after the repair which I thought was going to happen for that amount. You can still see the repair, but at least it is fixed and is functional again.

I had a bad leak in the bottom of the door. Joe listened to the symptoms then opened up the ceiling below in my garage and suggested a few solutions,Together we pinpointed the leak and he fixed it. He was courteous and professional.

Very professional and he showed up on time. Stuck to his original quote and did a great job.
Joe is very friendly and seems to know what he is doing. But I called him and told him we were putting off project for several weeks, and he came anyway. Told my wife I had said to come. Then only did a fair job of repairing crack! I am not totally satisfied.
Business response:
This customer has a countertop product known as Wilsonart Solid Surface Veneer which is discontinued and subject to a class action lawsuit. I explained that we could do a time consuming repair that would be more expensive but more inconspicuous or a faster inexpensive repair that would not. This couple opted for the latter. The less expensive repair looks remarkably good and I have before and after pictures to prove it. They were completely satisfied when I left or I wouldn't have collected.
