The customer service here is awful. The manager is very disrespectful and unprofessional. I would never recommend joseph Chevrolet to anyone.

Bought my car brand new been having electrical problems with it a few weeks after I purchased it The radio does not shut off , dashboard lights just disappears some times. The other day after taking it in just for a oil change tire rotation and alignment , driving down the road it starts singing the dashboard flashes and the engine light starts flashing. I wouldn't even rate them one star. I call every day about a warranty recall refund and I have been waiting everyday to get a call back. I bought the Traverse three months ago and water pump goes out? They have the worst customer service I have ever seen.
