After arriving at 830am and telling the service staff I would be waiting for my car, I went to sit in the waiting area. After an hour and a half, seeing others who came in after me come and go, I went to ask about the progress. Purchasing a vehicle here is fine. The vehicle services sucks. Appointments do not matter. They just work on your car when they have time. I have been there twice with appointments made either on the phone or online. Both times the appointment time was missed. The first appointment I made (check engine light) was over the phone and was missed by 3 days before they started working on it. My second appointment (for an oil change) was made online. I was surprised at the bad service that I received. I have never had a complaint, but I was shocked when I was told one price over the phone and charge another one in person. Then when I went back to the technician to get it fixed I heard him call to see if a part was truly put on my car or not. I was appalled oh, if it was not put on my car why would it be on my receipt?
