Easy availability to see the doctor. Friendly professional staff. Dr. Kappil answers all of my questions.My cataract surgery went well and my vision improved. In our follow up appointment he spent time explaining issues and expectations. He is always very personable and has a good doctor patient relationship.. He took time to explain the step by step procedure before surgery.
I needed cataract surgery and was concerned and afraid of it. Dr Kapill and his team addressed every detail. I had the surgery for both eyes one week apart. Everything went fine and I am absolutely amazed at the results. I couldnt ask for more

Dr. Kappil performed cataract surgery on my right eye. This was the final step in addressing a macular hole issue that I have been dealing with for the past year. I had a positive experience with Dr. Kappil who clearly explained my situation and the risks of surgery. The results of my cataract surgery have thus far exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Dr. Kappil to anyone needing cataract surgery.
Dr Koppil did my right eye cataract surgery . It turned out very well the day of surgery and the next day checkup. Will have him do my other eye soon.
He was thorough is testing, evaluating and explaining my vision options. The surgery on my left cataract went with out a problem. My vision in my left eye has greatly improved. I will definitely see him in the future for correcting my right eye.
I've always read reviews with a grain of salt. I try to base my opinions on my personal experiences. In the case of Dr. Kappil, I would have to agree with the negative reviews on different websites. I had a cataract evaluation appointment on Feb 22, 2022 at the Algonquin office. What bothered me most during my visit was Dr. Kappil kept interrupting me before I could finish my questions. I had right eye cataract removed. I am able to see so amazingly great. Dr Kappil did an amazing job no problems at all afterwards. I would highly Dr Kappil.
Dr. Kappil is an excellent Dr. He is not a hand holder, but he is honest, direct, a "Scientist" as my primary Dr. says. He's been doing his surgery and care for patients forever 20 years. I recently had my first cataract surgery and will have my second in a week. I "trust"Dr. Kappil with my vision. Ask nurses, they will tell you what they think of Dr.s.
