Dr. Scanlan performed mohs surgery on my mother (I escorted her) and I was extremely impressed with Dr Scanlan's patience and caring demeanor. I knew immediately that she would be my choice for my own exam and she did not disappoint. My experience at this office was AWFUL Dr so full of himself. He was in and out in seconds. The staff is horrible and I’ve been the medical field over 40 years. DO NOT GO THIS DR?
Everything went as planned. The staff was courteous, patient and compassionate. The doctor listen to all our questions and was very thorough in his responses.
Doctor Rivlin missed the Basel cell cancer on my nose. I followed up with my regular dermatologist as he told me to do, and part of the Basel cell was still there. Also, Dr. Rivlin was going to do a nerve block (anesthesia) on my nose without consulting me, instead of just using Lydocaine for a small Basel cancer. Finally, I arrived at the office and they couldn’t find my insurance pre-approval paperwork, after confirming to me days before that it was approved. Totally fine. No issues.
I just went for my first visit. The office is old and dingy which made me feel like I am set back to the 50's. They have old newspaper articles framed on the wall in regards to Nazi invasions etc...I felt very uncomfortable in this office being German. When I mentioned to the staffmember that I requested Dr. Zaulyanov for my first appointment which I asked for specifically ahead of time the day I made the appointment, which is important to me, I was told it is with a PA. Terrible experience...she left ugly scar tissue on my nose after mohs and was not capable of repairing it
Office staff was very rude and not very knowledgeable. Completely clueless. Terrible terrible bed side manner. Rude. Disrespectful. Flirtatious and completely inappropriate. Felt very uncomfortable. I don’t recommend Dr. Studnik or his office.
The worst office I’ve ever been to. Not only is the Dr in and out in a minute. Has no compassion and by far the WORST STAFF I’ve come across. I’ve been in medical field over 40 years, ran offices and was appalled by this Dr. and his staff.
