I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received. It is completely unprofessional and negligent for your company to dispose of original documents without any prior notice. Furthermore, I found the recent phone interaction to be incredibly rude. Hanging up during a conversation while I was trying to find a solution is unacceptable. The lack of professionalism and basic politeness from your staff is disappointing.

Esta compañia comenzó brindadno un buen servicio. Hoy en día deja mucho que desear. Sus tiempos de procesamiento son sumamente largos y sus servicios caros. Además hay que estar pendiente de que no cometan errores. Por ejemplo, solicité en mi aplicacion que enviaran solamente 1 copia electrónica a un correo determinado. La enviaron a dos direcciones físicias diferentes a lo solicitado por mí, poniendo en riesgo la privacidad de los documentos.
