Office does not call back, does not work with the pharmacist, low service. Tried to get a prescription filled for two days (still don’t have it).

I was caught off guard when I was checking out and his receptionist asked me to do a drug screen. Considering I wasn't there for Xanax, Ativan, Aderal, etc. I was even more surprised when I just saw it wasn't covered by insurance and I owe $180. A drug screen for someone who went in for med management for anxiety and depression. That's a first! Especially when they require follow up screens out of my pocket not covered. No thank you! Nice doctor but not worth being blind sided.

Dr Mendez is amazing. He helped me with my anxiety, depression, and ADHD altogether. I have never felt better.
The most important thing is that he speaks Spanish and I feel that I'm talking to a friend. He follows up the treatment with you and he is so calm that when you go out you can feel that same calm energy with you. Thank God that I find you!

Dr. Mendez is one of the warmest people I've ever known. Most psychiatrists ask a few questions about symptoms and get out the Rx pad, but Dr. Mendez is very special. He helped me out of the hardest time of my life. He spends time listening, and I feel his genuine care for how I'm doing. He also trusts me.
