Dr Jose Y Mendez, Psychiatrist saw me as a new patient in July 2021. He has provided in person visits, phone or telehealth consults, prescription changes, and has a very caring manner. He took the time to listen to my long history, and cared about me. The staff are also very caring, and made me feel comfortable and welcome. Yes the phone is busy, but keep trying to get through.
2 years waiting for one appointment. ????????

Been going to this doctor for 5 years. Doc Mendez is awesome, his staff...not so much. They Never return phone calls. They hardly ever answer their calls; they are forwarded to a voice message machine that gets ignored. If it weren’t for how sweet and caring Doc his, I would have changed a long time ago.
The visit was fine. I have questions about the side effects of meds prescribed, called three times still no answer. I am a new patient....maybe he's not getting the messages?
Really hard to respond a call !!

Dr. Mendez and his office staff have gone above and beyond our expectations with the help they have given to us through the years. We consider ourselves truly blessed. No words can express my gratitude to the entire staff :)!
