Did my sinuses surgery back 2022 my primary said my sinuses are worse now then after surgery
Excellent, patience and thorough
If I could give negative stars I would.I was scheduled for a lymph note biopsy. I didn’t even get to talk to him until I was in the holding area for surgery. Afterwards he didn’t even have enough respect to go tell my family I was ok. Never even saw him once the surgery was finished. I didn’t even receive good post op instructions on when to bathe or if the area could get wet. He noted for a 2 week follow up. Which I didn’t even have a contact Information for him. It took me 6 months from when I was referred to him til getting seen. Then I had to wait 3-6 hours AFTER my appointment time the two lr three times I had to go get seen by him. Then he had me scheduled for surgery finally but he wanted to do the two things separately so he was planning on doing two separate surgeries that were in no way needing two dates. I went to get a second opinion and that doctor told me to make sure I say that there’s no reason for the two surgeries because he could do both in one. So I called back and... read more

YOU DO NOT DESERVE BE SITTING AND WAITING FOR 2 HOURS OR MORE IN AN OFFICE TO BE SEEN FOR 20 MINS AND THEN GET A RUN AROUND. THEY OVER BOOK THEMSELVES BECAUSE THEY ARE PRIORITIZING THE DOLLAR AND NOT THE QUALITY OF CARE. BE YOUR OWN ADVOCATE. YOU KNOW HOW YOU SHOULD BE TREATED. FIND A DOCTOR AND OFFICE THAT ACTUALLY CARES.
