Dr. Santiago seen my grandmother while she was admitted at Chino Valley Hospital. He was extremely rude with no bedside manner what so ever. During this terrible time for our family with COVID and our loved one being in a hospital by herself, Dr. Santiago had no empathy and was constantly interrupting me while he was explaining the treatment plan and I was trying to ask a question.
