I actually asked Doctor Rivera if there was a way to rate how well the staff was on my Saturday morning visit. I had two of the most caring and kind women get me in the room, take my EKG and then make the further appointments for testing next month, they were outstanding. Doctor Rivera, who I've been seeing for over 20 years, told me not to tell him but share my comments on this survey I'm taking now, so his bosses know. Care has been very good by all involved. I wish there were an emphasis on how to maximize cardiovascular health. I guess that opportunity will come with the follow up visit, but that is three months away.
Dr. Rivera takes the time to answer all of my questions and he is very professional.
