They brought my food out was the wrong food the first time they brought it out the second time and it was cold went to Chipotle to get some good food
Good food and service! When it came time to pay my $46.00 bill and I paid with a $50.00 debit gift card, they came back and said they I still owe $6.00 and my card still has $10.00 on it, but their system wouldn’t let them take it to finish paying for my bill...and so I would have to pay the remaining six dollars some other way. What is going on here?!
IF THIS HAD BEEN OUR 1ST EXPERIENCE WE WOULD NEVER HAVE COME BACK. NOW FOR SURE WE WON'T GO BACK!!! IT WAS A LOUSY EXPERIENCE. We have have had two experiences at the Liberty, KS. location. I had dinner last night with a friend. Worst service ever. We sat in the almost completely empty bar area and waited almost 15 minutes before our waiter even greeted us. As a bonus within an hour of leaving the restaurant I was violently ill from my dinner. The last few experiences at the restaurant have been just as bad. I won't be back..
We love this place. Good food, good service. We especially love the waitress called Mama. She is joy!
