Our server Brandy, was terrible. She kept looking past us when we needed more drinks and salsa. We ordered Espanaca dip and it never came. My Tequila Lime chicken that I always get just tasted like grilled chicken with no flavor. The cilantro rice was pretty bland too. Very disappointed and will NOT be back at this location. Also the server was sitting behind us at the table with customers talking and laughing and not paying attention to us so I had to go up to the bar to get a to go box and cup.
A couple of weeks ago we placed an order shortly before they were set to close for the day, we picked up our order and it wasn't correct nor what we had ordered. After speaking with the manager the next day, they made it right and sent us entree tickets in the mail. The manager was very courteous over the phone and eager to correct the situation. We have since ordered from Jose Peppers in Liberty and our meals were on point!

I don't know who the heck answered the phone for a call in order, but she was super rude! When I got to pick it up I figured out who it was and she was still rude. Sounds as thought someone needs to loosen that bun on her head. Won't be doing another call in order anytime soon.
The food and service are always exceptional! We use both dine-in and carry-out on a regular basis.
