BEWARE!!! STYLIST BLEACHED MY SHIRT!!!! I will refrain from using her name, but SHAME ON YOU JOSE LUIS SALON for pretending that bleaching a customers shirt is "no big deal" and telling me that "IF I DIDNT WANT BLEACH ON MY SHIRT I SHOULD HAVE TAKEN IT OFF AND ONLY WORN MY BRA UNDER THE SMOCK" I have been a loyal customer of this salon and it is a major disappointment that you would allow and dismiss damaging customers clothing and refuse to take any responsibility for such a reckless act.
Wow! Amazing! I get compliments everywhere I go regarding my hair! So many that I have to continue with my fabulous stylist and colorist Brittany Bell. Brittany has been cutting, styling, and coloring my hair for over a year now at Jose Luis Salon. When I am done even other hairstylists comment on how stunning my hair looks! Worst haircut of my entire life! They literally destroyed my hair! I could go on and on about my experience, but the best thing I can do is to tell you to go anywhere but here! If you are thinking of making an appointment here, just run away! There are plenty of other salons in Austin, or even go to another city if you have too! It is highly likely that if you get your haircut here, you will ask for a trim and end up in tears and have to start taking vitamins to get your hair to grow faster because its so messed up!
I feel very fortunate to have found Ladda at Jose Luis Salon! I moved to Austin two years ago and selected the salon because of the location, but I have stayed because of Ladda's skill and because of the friendly, professional staff at Jose Luis Salon. Ladda can be trusted to take care of all of your hair care needs and she is straightforward and fun!
I love Jose Luis salon! I have been a client there for about 13 years. Linda takes great care of all of my facial needs and does a super job with all of them. Grace takes care of my hair color and cuts. She is fabulous as well. My favorite thing about both of these ladies is they always listen to what I need and make recommendations that assist me in making decisions with my face and hair.?
Great salon. Clean, friendly, and relaxed. Teresa P is wonderful. My color is consistently great and while I'm letting my hair grow out right now I'm still loving the cut. I get lots of compliment on it. I recommend this salon especially Teresa!
Great Salon! Great Service! – I visited the salon for the first time today at the recommendation of a friend, and I'm so glad I did! Pretentious – They won't do your wedding hair/makeup if you haven't been a client before. Even if you plan on booking other services with them beforehand, you aren't a "client" unless you've been going there more than 6 months previously. Very pretentious if you ask me.
They lost Cecillia -- a GREAT stylist -- to Propaganda – Great salon, shiny & bustling....BUT my real reason for going was stylist Cecillia Nguyen. She is FANTASTIC, so personable and drama-free, completely understands long layers, and gives me a better quality cut than I have found in a very long time.
