Dr. Pinto is kind , professional, and a knowledgeable doctor! You can’t find a better doctor than him!Someone confused him with another Dr. Pinto ( OB) on this site . That is not accurate!
Been to many doctors. Never found one as compassionate and smart as him. I disagree with the reviewer below. They never asked me for my SS card. However, they did ask for my insurance card which is normal as every hospital and doctors office. Keep up the great job
Friendly staff full of energy and smiles! They were helpful when I had questions on my bill and insurance, I was so confused. I spoke with Kara in billing department and she broke down the services and how my insurance works with payments, deductible and she really went the extra mile and I didn't feel rushed. Excellent doctor and staff and I enjoyed the practitioner Emily as well, very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
The best doctor who shows true compassion for his patients. Have been truly blessed to have him as my families primary care physician. Knowledgeable, compassionate, sympathetic, kind hearted, dedicated to his profession. I could go on and on saying great things about this fabulous human being. There is definitely no one like him. came in to your office on Friday 10/14 (unscheduled appointment) due to a reaction that my blood pressure medicine gave me causing me to leave work. I decided to cancel the appointment after arriving at your office due to the following reasons: poor customer service, lack of concern and overall unpleasant atmosphere; no one smiles or seems happy, or wiliness to assist. The only concern was payment that was repeated on more than one occasion. I was simply trying to get some insurance information
I was so happy to find a caring physician like Dr. Pinto. He is concerned and above all listens and is undeterred in finding root causes for my illness. He is highly recommended and deserves Excellent as he is just that!

I've never seen such a thing in my entire life they are so unprofessional.. They make mistakes makes us lose our time and you don't even get an apology they give you attitude specially the lady at the front desk after I told her she wasn't being helpful she said there's nothing they could do and she put me on hold and called again and she put me on hold like 3 times plus lied saying I was yelling at her I wish they had the recording call to prove it wrong but they don't...
