Dr Pinto is compassionate, knowledgeable, and extremely well versed in all aspects of geriatric medicine. His diagnoses are accurate and his treatment plans affective. His entire staff is top notch.
From the desk with Katrina to the back to see Dr Pinto is always very friendly environment.Dr Pinto is a good listener never in the rush.Dr Pinto spends time to listen to every detail and complains you have during your visit and makes plan of care with you to solve the issue.
There just aren't doctors anymore who care about their patients like Dr. Pinto does! Anytime I have questions or a problem with my health, Dr. Pinto is on top of it and is there to help me in any way he can. Once I needed prior authorization for a prescription and the doctor spent hours on the phone so I could receive my medication. That is unheard of these days, and I am just one of his patients, but that just shows the kind of doctor he is and how he cares for each and every one of his patients. Dr. Pinto is an amazing, caring and wonderful doctor. I feel very comfortable talking to him. I trust him completely on his advice. I love it that he takes his time with me and explains everything. He was proud of me when my bloodwork came back so much better. I have had many medical problems and he has helped me thru all of them. The entire office staff are very helpful. He is the best doctor I have ever had,
He is the kindest person ever. So soft spoken and nice. He takes his time and he cares for his patients. And wouldn’t ever go to anyone else. Been here for years and love it.
