Jose was recommended to us by friends he acted for on the sale of their condo. When we left our condo last year we expected to be back, so when we called Jose to list it for us he said not to worry, that he could handle everything for us. He looked after all that needed to be done - cleaning, staging, and coordinating repairs requested by the buyers. He hired contractors for us, oversaw their work and kept us well informed. Jose is a professional and I would recommend him to anyone!
Jose did an excellent job as our sellers agent. He is in tune with the current market pricing and was able to maximize what the market could bear. He is an excellent communicator and knows when it is appropriate to text, email, or pick up the phone and call. I would work with Jose again in the future.
If you are looking for a full time all of the time Realtor, look no further than Jose who is on top of his game 24/7!!! Above and beyond service is his trademark and would highly recommend him for your next transaction…….Would have given 6 stars but that was not an option
