Dr Ho was right about my eyes condition/problems and quickly assessed my condition. She is friendly, professional and gentle.

I cannot recommend Dr Ho more highly! 8 days following ear surgery, I noticed blurred vision in one eye and found it to have become very dilated. Researching causes on the internet, I was reading root cause could be stroke but had no other symptoms. I did not want to visit the ER what with COVID so called ophthalmologists in the area but could not get same day appointment until I recalled seeing Dr Jory Williams on Howard Ave 5-10 years ago. Dr. Ho is very personable, professional and competent. During my visit, she was punctual and courteous. Dr. Ho asked questions, was gentle and thorough in her exam, and she explained everything she was doing (and why) in terms I could understand. She took time to answer my questions and never made me feel rushed. By the time my exam was over, I knew I had picked an excellent doctor and that my eyes are in good hands. I highly recommend her.

Very happy with my visit. After making a day-of-appointment for a worrisome issue, was called and offered an earlier time slot which I happily took. Not only was Dr. Ho personable, kind, and informative, but so was the staff that surrounded her. I was able to have my issue taken care of promptly that morning and look forward to my follow-up in a couple weeks.
Dr. Ho was fantastic. She took her time, was very thorough, explained her diagnosis and gave me a treatment for my macular degeneration that was far better than my previous doctor. The whole staff was excellent.
Dr. Ho is always very kind and professional. She is also very astute. At my last appointment, she recognized a problem in my file generated by the software which had mixed my record with that of another patient, and she corrected it on the spot both for me and the other patient. Highly recommend Dr. Steven Kane. He really restored the vision on my left eye cataract astigmatism and everything else. And he did my right eye. From readers 3.0 I am very fine now with readers 1.25 that's one week after surgery. On a road and TV no need for glasses, perfect vision. You maybe surprised how colors became bright and clear, white is really white. With good eyes comes better concentration and focus.
