The staff was courteous and insured that my appointment time was honored. Dr. Smith was professional and congenial.
Friendly staff. Very competent, professional ( and funny) Dr. Procedure was explained well. They made it all so much less stressful. Results are excellent!
Dr Kane and his staff got me and my wife in quickly for a last minute appointment. Everyone was fantastic, easy parking, minimal wait, got to see the Dr right away and he spent lots of time with us. Wonderful experience all around.
My visits with Dr. Kane were OUTSTANDING! I needed complicated surgery for cataracts and glaucoma. I was so fortunate to be referred to Dr. Kane. He and his staff were great. It was obvious that they cared about their patient; and treated them with kindness and respect. When I first met Dr. Kane and his staff, I couldn't see them. After my surgery was completed. I was able to see clearly for the first time.
Dr. Ho is thorough and gives terrific explanations, keeps her patients calm and addresses situations head on. She is terrific to have on your side. I do recommend you give yourself extra time, as she spends extra time with each patient that needs it, so things often run behind. Can’t complain though, she’s there for you, too.
Dr. Ho is very professional and takes the time to discuss every diagnosis and explain options. She has the expertise for numerous treatments. Several friends have been treated by her and also recommend her highly.
Dr. Ho is extremely diligent and listens, communicates and explains clearly.
I was scared I may have a retinal tear. I was scared of anything coming near my eyes. And I was terrified of having my eyes dialated for the first time ever! Not only was Dr. Ho friendly and relaxed while discussing my test results, but she explained what was happening to my eye so that I easily understood. Check in and intake were quick and friendly. Evaluation thorough and reassuring. Dr Ho was very knowledgeable regarding my most unusual diagnosis. Would highly recommend.
