Was "squeezed" in the same day I called with swollen eyelid. Great careful staff too..
I have been a patient of Dr. Williams for more than 10 years. I find him to be very thorough. I have never felt he was rushing to get through my appointment. I admit I gave it a great deal of consideration as to whether or not I should have my routine annual exam during this pandemic. I did however feel very safe once I saw the measures that have been implemented as a result of our current dealing with COVID-19. Look forward to seeing Dr. Williams next year!

Annual checkup, Dr Williams has been my eye doctor for years. Very thorough.
Dr. Williams and staff are all highly professional dealing with patients during the Coronavirus pandemic.
The doctor was fine but the office experience was not. I waited for over an hour from the time I checked in to the time I was called and the long wait was not apologized for or acknowledged at all. The staff and doctor was not overly friendly but they got the job done. Overall wasn’t a horrible experience but wasn’t a great one either.
