My mother first recommended this company to me. She was highly impressed with the technician so I decided to give them a try as well. Very good service, on time and same day as promised. Person who answered phone initially gave me a rough estimate of what it could be to repair as well. One of the things he said over the phone ended up being what was wrong and he had the part with him and got my washer going on the spot. I will be using them for my heating and air conditioning as well from now on.

Very Good Customer Service, Loved the online scheduling where I got to pick the time I wanted you out, fast response to verify that my appointment was set up and gave me my technicians name as well. Tech called me when they said he would and was on time and the rates were very affordable. I recommend this company to anyone that wants true, old fashioned customer service. 5 stars just doesnt seem enough. Thank you I will be calling you again
Really nice service. love the online scheduling and the follow up service was great all the way through to the tech contacting me and confirming the appointment , arrived ontime and got me fixed up in a jiffy.I was amazed at the cost of the repair as well I was expecting a lot more only cost me $91 to repair my dryer including part, heck ive paid more than that just to get sears to my door and they took 3 days, Jorken service got her within a few hours of my call.I will use them again
Came out on Sunday and fixed out fridge when our regular company wouldn't so guess what I have a new go to guy for fixing our appliances from now on.
I had my fridge fixed by this guy after another company had tried and failed twice. He was on time friendly great price and was able to fix it when the others couldnt. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants good service at a great price
