The entire staff is awesome. Customer Service is outstanding.
Dr. Diaz is a fantastic surgeon, his bedside manner is impeccable, the office staff is always friendly and attentive. If I had to refer anyone to Dr. Diaz and staff, they would be highly recommended.
Arrogant & condescending. Very impressed with himself & how important he is. Makes you feel like you shouldn't ask such dumb questions. His english is not that great either. Receptionists at front desk do not recognize when someone has arrived but are very quick to call you up and ask for payment. Wish there were options in the area
