Dr. Diaz is very professional, explains things clearly, and genuinely cares about his patients. He is quite direct and to the point. He does not do banter, but that is fine with me. His focus is on my health and how to best treat my health concerns.

Outstanding person - cares about his patients, he just isn't 'mushy' about it! I suffered for months with a cut wire in my pacemaker/defig. Not only did he replace it, but found a better path for the new wire to connect to my heart. I felt 100% better after he did his magic. Not only that, I lost 65 pounds and my old generator was just hanging, almost flopping around. And, my two scars from previous 'experiences' were horrible. Dr. Diaz performed an ablation on me. I found him to be honest, straightforward and caring before & afterwards. Each time I had questions, he answered them (sometimes using a visual) and once my question was answered he would say "anything else"? His wait time can be long if he is at the hospital but do YOU really want him to rush back for an office appt if YOU are the one on the operating table??? (not me!!) As for his staff...Lori is a godsend! Kind, professional, made me feel at ease.

Very poor personality and lacks compassion for his patients. I do not recommend this physician.

I recently had a pacemaker replaced. With the help of Dr. Jorge Diaz and his staff, it was much easier than anticipated. This doctor is amazing! Very professional, caring and attentive to my every need before, during and after surgery. The should be more doctors with his sincere caring for his patients. I am so fortunate to have had him do my surgery, and I will continue to use him and also recommend him to everyone I know. Great doctors are so hard to find. I consider myself very lucky!

I recently had an ablation with Dr. Diaz, he was very informative about my condition and the options for treatment. The staff is very friendly and courteous and informative as well. They follow up throughout the way and makes sure your appointments go as smooth as possible.

I was referred to Dr. Diaz's office because of another physician who was working with him but is now nowhere to be found. I've been to the office in Lake Mary twice, both times arriving at my scheduled time, then waiting for an hour or more. The receptionist/ofc mgr comes across with a fake, syrupy politeness, but today, when I went to her about having waited for an hour, she became pushy, rude, disrespectful and condescending. Others in the waiting room stated this wait was not unusual.

I am treated for A-fib and recently underwent a cardiac ablation. Dr. Diaz is my cardiac electrophysiologist and an outstanding, highly trained physician. I truly found the best doctor in my area! He is a perfect combination of skill and compassion. Prior to my procedure, I felt well informed and the follow up in his office has been excellent. We have a "partnership" toward bettering my heart health. I can't ask for more!
